Maryann Bailey, 74, of Lambertville, MI, died Thursday,  January 14, 2016, in Ebeid Hospice Residence.  Born December 24, 1941, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Edwin and Leocadia (Kowalec) Bombrys.  A 1959 graduate of Whitmer High School, and then received her Bachelor’s of Education  from Lourdes University in 1997.  Maryann married William Bailey on June 9, 1962  and was employed as an executive secretary for Yarder Manufacturing in Toledo for 36 years, retiring in 2015  She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Temperance, MI.   Maryann loved all animals, and enjoyed pinochle, bowling, but most of all watching her grandchildren playing sports.

She is survived by her loving husband, William; daughters, Deborah  Bailey and Barbara  Mulhern; sister, Carolynn (Ken) Loch, 3 grandchildren, Bailey, Will, Tanner and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Monday, January 18, 2016, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at St. Clement Catholic Church, 3030 Tremainsville Rd., Toledo, OH 43613, where she will lie in state after 9:00 am. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.  Memorials may be made to the Monroe County Humane Society or charity of the donor’s choice.   www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
